If you are not satisfied, let us know even quicker, by calling the Auction Customer Care within 30 days of your purchase to request a prompt exchange, credit or refund.

We will be happy to reimburse you in full if you have smoked only one cigar from a box or bundle of 20 or more (less shipping). Otherwise, if you have smoked more than one, your refund will be pro-rated based on the number of cigars smoked.

We would appreciate receiving the returned cigars in the condition you received them‚ as they may well be returned to the cigar maker if they were defective or unsmokable. We reserve the right to issue partial credit or no credit for cigars not returned in satisfactory condition. Please do not send cut or partially smoked cigars.

Promotional items must be returned with your order or you will be charged the retail price for the promotional item(s). We will gladly refund original shipping under the following situations:

  • You have received defective merchandise.
  • We accidentally shipped you the wrong item.
  • Your cigars were damaged on their way to you.

In the cases above, we will also pay the shipping on your replacement‚ using the carrier of our choice.

How to make a return for any of our companies

To make a return is easy. Please follow the below steps.

  • Contact our Customer Care Department.
  • Our Customer Care team will provide you with a Return Authorization number.
  • Enter the Return Authorization number in the corresponding field on the next page.
  • After you enter your Return Authorization Number you'll review & confirm where your order was previously shipped.
  • Next you'll get your UPS Return Shipping Label. (You'll have the option to print additional UPS return shipping labels if you have more than one package).
  • Mail or take the package to any USPS (United States Postal Service) authorized shipping location.
